What Your Future Looks Like

Verify and maintain records on work orders and incoming shipments. Issue RMAs for the returning of product. Duties include receiving, unpacking, RMA, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.
• Receive RMA requests via email from various customers, fill out required forms, and reply back issuing the RMA
• Receive daily LTL and parcel delivery from various carriers, verify quantity, weight, condition, etc., sign POD properly, and transfer to the RMA receiving lines
• Break down boxes, review RMA paperwork, inspect products, confirm returned product matches RMA, receive RMA fast and accurately in system, and keep complete files in the right location
• Remove customers’ stickers, sort products by model and condition correctly, and able to do trouble shooting like discrepancy per SOP
• Knowledgeable on moving and pallet building, stretch wrapping manually, counting and signing stock transfer documents
• Pack item kits in accordance to specifications provided by the company
• Organize the work site clean and clear, follow all safety requirements strictly
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, and open to overtime if needed
• Other jobs assigned by manager/supervisor/team lead

Essential Mental And Physical Functions

Mental Functions:

Strong decision making. Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to team lead’s guidelines.

Physical Functions:

Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting and sitting for long periods of time.

Ability to work under extreme environments such as high heat and/or cold weather.

Requires minimum lifting ability of 50 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50+ pounds with assistance of team members and/or equipment

Work schedule:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday; may vary based on business need.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills, preferably with some email experience
• 2+ years warehouse experience
• Careful, patient, strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Strong attention to detail
• 1 -2 years quality control/ quality assurance experience is a plus or;
• 1 year experience with refurbish/manufacture processes or;
• 1 year experience with electronic or mechanical devices

Work Environment

Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and/or cold.

Sales Operations Manager is the central role of sales processing, responsible for entire sales / return order processing, from order receipt / confirmation to billing the customer to handle returns.

It involves handling multiple systems, both inside and outside the company, and dealing with service providers for service / system expansion.

Also, the role is responsible for resolving customer compliance charges and return chargeback reconciliation.
• Oversee entire order processing procedures, from order acceptance to shipping to invoicing; dealing with over 80 customer accounts with different requirements and settings

• Responsible for freight cost management, including choosing the most economical freight method before shipping, invoice management, and cost analysis

• In charge of connection with software and service providers, to improve system functionality and / or establish new systems
• Responsible for customer payment deduction analysis & solutions, delivery performance analysis, and reports

What you'll bring to the table :
• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science major preferred
• 2 years experience in order processing / shipping related positions
• 1-year experience in warehouse
• 1-year experience in supervising role
• Experience with major SAP / ERP / CRM and WMS systems
• Experience with EDI and database
• Proficient in MS Suite Software - Excel & Access, VBA is a plus

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Master customer knowledge through market research, segmentation analysis and customer interviews and utilize it on the go-to-market strategy.
• Experienced in launching products in the US market along with the ability to develop and manage sustaining marketing efforts including product press, product photo and video, CPC campaign and influencer campaign.
• Craft product positioning and messaging—from product packaging, sales presentation to product online page—that tell a compelling, consistent story based on core messaging and positioning.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills, well-spoken and articulate technologist with the ability to talk to every level, from C-level executive to Sales and even to the mainstream consume.
• Experienced in sales enablement and acting as an advisor to the sales team. Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develops the sales tools that support the selling process of products.
• A highly motivated, proactive individual that can work in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot quickly.
• Experience with Tier 1 tech media - Wirecutter/PCMag/CNET, etc is a plus.

Education & Experience
• B.S. Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of consumer technology product marketing experience, additional B2B side experience is a Plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling product messaging and translate technology features into business benefits.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively network across multiple functional areas in an organization.
• Ability to be a self-starter, set priorities and collaborate with different elements of a business organization
• Experienced presenter who is a good storyteller and capable of tweaking presentations in real-time based on audience needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. Capable of authoring industry and product related blogs, white papers, and presentations.
• Have a technical understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate those capabilities to a large audience with varying levels of product functionality.
• Deep analytical and strategic thinking abilities, along with the ability to see the big picture from scattered pieces of information. Able to collect and synthesize complex information, making it relevant, understandable and actionable for key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

This position will perform accounting transactions as needed while collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency and accurate processing that achieves the company’s financial plan. The right individual will be an analytically minded accounting professional who is passionate about using all aspects of education and experience in accounting and business to be successful.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for accounting functions including, but not limited to, assisting in financial reporting and the reporting of the business's financial operations. Staff Accountant will assist with month-end and year-end close process, accruals, bank reconciliations, audit prep, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and postings to the general ledger.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and support accounts receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice entries. Verify, update, receivables aging.
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; Provide detailed analyses and explanation of all transactions.
• Perform variance analyses and validate account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
• Maintains records for invoices, debits, and credits.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs.
• Perform accounting month-end closing.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years full cycle accounting experience preferably in wholesale/distribution/business to business/ retail trade with tangible products
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP
• High level proficiency in MS Excel (Lookups & PV Tables) and ERP/MRP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks is a plus
• Schedule & Location: Ability to commute to Irvine office (Monday through Friday)
• Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical approach to problem solving and ability to think outside the box
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationship
